We've had this Picture on our event flyers for a couple of years but had no idea who the riders were until Don Emde saw it.
Don wrote. Rider #7 is my father Floyd Emde #52 is Ted Evans. He has passed away now (as has my father), but Evans first was a Triumph dealer in the LA area, later added Yamaha. Don't know about #4. They... used to have a big TT race down in Costa Mesa (Back Bay area) and I think that's where this race is. I have this photo and have looked at it many times. My dad is well known for winning Daytona on an Indian, but he's on a Harley WR here. He actually raced Harleys much longer than he did Indians.

Floyd Emde won the Daytona 200 in 1948, his son Don won it in 72' the picture below of Don and Floyd was taken at Daytona in 1971.
