If you can't change a tire in 5 minutes you won't be successful in the 6 day trials...
Headed out to the BA Moto party in Long Beach on Saturday and got a flat, luckily we wasn't too far from their new shop and they sent us over a new tube and tire irons.
We got some well earned beers and burgers and got another flat on the way home....

Changing a tire in 5 minutes can be tricky hope to be able to do that one day. Maybe a few pointer from the experts would be nice or manual from manufacturers like Pirelli motorcycle tires would be nice.
